“Gut health isn’t just a trend—it’s tackling a massive health issue,”

Emphasising the growing awareness of the gut microbiome’s role in overall well-being. Reflecting on her personal journey, she explained how her interest in health and wellness grew after becoming a mother. “I wanted to lead by example for my son,” she shared, highlighting the synergy between her beauty industry background and her current role at Biomel.

Glover also discussed the importance of making complex science accessible and engaging. “I often tell my team: How would you explain it to a five-year-old? It’s about creating beautiful, repetitive storytelling that simplifies the science.” Balancing functionality with emotional resonance is key to her strategy.

Looking ahead, Glover plans to harness her experience with major beauty brands like Rimmel and Max Factor to elevate Biomel’s storytelling and appeal. She aims to expand the brand’s reach beyond its core audience, targeting not just fitness-focused Gen Z consumers but also older demographics seeking longevity and proactive wellness.

On the future of gut health, Glover believes in bold creativity. “Being bold can feel risky,” she said, “but it’s about learning from every step and building a culture of innovation.”
