She emphasised the importance of balancing innovation with the fundamentals of marketing, stating: "We need to give the team some freedom to test, to experiment new things...but we also need to make sure that we derive learnings from this."

Raoust encouraged embracing change and continuous experimentation while staying true to core marketing principles like building strong, differentiated brands. “And I think never forget the basics of marketing. You know, we have consumers to please. We need to add value. We need our brands to be new, different, better. I think we need to listen more and learn from each other.

Her key advice for marketers is to stay adaptable, prioritize consumer value, and continue learning from both technology and fellow professionals.
