With Wicked set to become one of the highest grossest movies of all time, and diverse and female-first shows like Marvel’s Agatha All Along getting rave reviews, finally the idea of a strong, rebellious and independent woman is gaining traction in the eyes of society. At last!

And spaces such as WitchTok are growing, fast. In the US, people identifying as a witch has grown by 1 million in the last 20 years, and 20,000 in the UK. Largely women in particular are drawn to the idea of magic and empowerment that these practices provide. But how can you tell if your female coworker is a witch?
